Customer Service Associate

Victoria recently joined Oxford as part of our Customer Service Group. She is responsible for handling phone calls and assisting with dispatching work orders to our maintenance crew. She also follows up on completed maintenance orders with tenants to make sure they are satisfied. She has also played a part in the successful roll-out of the Yardi system.
Victoria brings a solid background in customer service from several industries including an automotive-related call center, a new home building company, campus admissions, and assisted living centers. She is new to real estate, but finds a special challenge in dealing with each individual customer. She takes the time to determine what each person needs and how to best assist them.
In her free time, Victoria enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading, cooking, and playing table top and video games with friends.
