Kathy Baum joined the Oxford team in 2009 with extensive management and administrative experience. As the Administrative Assistant to the Property Manager, Ms. Baum is the primary building-maintenance and service contact for our tenants, building engineers, and contractors. She oversees the office management systems and processes which include managing the purchasing system, scheduling, and working closely with our team to help ensure our tenants’ needs are addressed in a timely manner.
