Tami monitors maintenance work orders for all Residential residents and Commercial tenants, and is on the front line of making sure all maintenance work is attended to promptly and that emergency work orders are given high priority. She schedules preventative maintenance, city inspections along with various vendors for services and schedules the maintenance technicians for the vendors. She is also the supervisor for the Customer Service Group and works closely with the property managers and the leasing department. The variety of the jobs and tasks she faces each day, as well as the variety of interactions with people, are challenges that keep her hopping and energized. Her previous experience as a service department manager for HVAC and plumbing repair for 12 years prepared her well for the fast-paced environment of maintenance. She enjoys learning about housing codes and city inspections and gets plenty of exposure to both.
When time allows, Tami is a season ticket holder to NASCAR races at MIS. She loves anything outdoors, adventurous and loves to travel. She also loves to spend time with her grandchildren.
