Arbor South is an ambitious mixed-use development that will transform an underutilized part of Ann Arbor into an iconic and impactful neighborhood, with a special focus on entertainment options and a vibrant dining district, as well as approximately 1,000 units of multifamily housing. Residents and visitors arriving from I-94 will be greeted by a community environment that also incorporates a hotel, offices, and retail selections, plus tree-lined walkways and inviting public spaces. Arbor South will highlight a connection to the outdoors and ensure a celebration of the city’s long-standing relationship with the natural world.

Andy Andre
Vice President of Real Estate DevelopmentAndy Andre brings nearly 30 years of real estate development experience to Oxford. His career is marked by a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. As Oxford's VP of Real Estate Development, Andy leads new project and redevelopment efforts within our 2.7MM SF+ portfolio. This includes working on property acquisitions, site and building designs, permitting with jurisdictions, construction administration, and representing Oxford with both internal and external stakeholders.
