A select number of units can be toured now. Most occupied units cannot be shown until the Leasing Ordinance window expires at day 210. Many reservations rely on virtual tours.
Yes. Guarantors receive a secure link where they can complete their form and submit their fee directly.
Your reservation is complete once your entire group and all guarantors have signed the reservation agreement. The lease becomes fully executed on the 211th day, securing the unit for 2026–2027.
Yes, if the current tenants renew. No, if your group chooses to cancel.
Tenants pay utilities directly to DTE. Costs vary by unit size, occupants, and usage. For estimates, contact DTE at 1-800-477-4747.
Parking is not available at every property, so please review the specific details for your building online or in your lease agreement.
We manage several parking lots across campus that offer annual parking permits.
- Cost: $1,500–$1,800 per year
- Payment: One-time upfront charge
- Availability: Parking for the 2026–2027 year will be posted in March
