Oxford’s own Jeff Hauptman was recently selected by Crain’s Detroit Business as one of the 50 names to know in real estate.

Crain’s Detroit named 50 key players who are making things happen in the metro Detroit commercial real estate scene. Hauptman, who is based in Ann Arbor, has been in commercial real estate for 26 years.

Last year, Oxford closed a $102 million deal to buy The McMullen Co., which made Oxford the manager of Ann Arbor’s largest commercial real estate portfolio.

In the past 6 months, Oxford has expanded into the south side of Ann Arbor by acquiring Boardwalk Commerce Center, Concord Center and most recently 555 Briarwood Circle. These investments total more than $30,000,000 and more than 250,000 square feet.
