Oxford was recently featured on Mlive for completing their $9,750,000 acquisition of 555 Briarwood Circle. The building consists of 80,755 square feet and is situated on 5.84 acres.
This acquisition expands Oxford’s commercial portfolio to more than 2.2 million total square feet, including more than 1.4 million square feet on Ann Arbor’s south side. Current tenants include Rehmann, Real Estate One, and Power Engineers among others.
In the past six months, Oxford has acquired three properties on the south side of Ann Arbor – Boardwalk Commerce Center, Concord Center and now 555 Briarwood Circle. These investments total more than $30,000,000 and more than 250,000 square feet.
This latest acquisition solidifies Oxford’s commitment to the south side, which has the largest amount of concentrated office space in Ann Arbor and is the main entryway into the city. The company already has a large presence there and Hauptman plans for Oxford to be a key player in strengthening the community by providing well maintained office space inside and out so it meets the needs of the people who live and work in the area.
