How fast can I move in?

It depends. We can typically send you a lease within 24 hours. Once the lease is signed and we receive your security deposit, 1st month’s rent and insurance you can move in.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

What type of insurance do I need?

You will need to submit a Certificate of Insurance prior to occupancy. The amount of coverage required varies by property and will be listed in your lease which you can provide to your insurance agent.
