We worked closely with a global technology company on their space at 2350 Green Road, near the University of Michigan’s North Campus, which included a buildout of clean rooms, office space, and training areas for their tech needs.
The buildout that we completed was a constantly evolving project that benefited from our unique integrated delivery approach, as we were able to roll with continual changes while simultaneously executing the project, as well as providing ongoing property management services for the entire building.
1200 Eisenhower Place
Oxford found a fantastic home for a molecular diagnostics company in the hub of Ann Arbor’s thriving research and technology industries at 1200 Eisenhower Place. We did a significant buildout with the company, which included a great deal of lab space, two large dehumidification units, and extensive equipment with complex infrastructure requirements.
During the project, our team put forth extensive effort to keep the project on budget and on schedule, including field certification of equipment, constant communication with critical equipment vendors, and redesigning the electrical system to mitigate extensive lead times experienced from the post-covid era.
