Pizza Cat Max Open at 640 Packard Street
Oxford Welcomes Pizza Cat Max to Newest Ann Arbor Retail Space at 640 Packard Street
Oxford Companies is thrilled to welcome Pizza Cat Max as our newest tenant at 640 Packard Street. Officially bringing the franchise to the heart of Ann Arbor, Pizza Cat offers a fresh and fun atmosphere for Ann Arbor locals and visitors.
Co-owners Brian Jackson and Andre Styles are behind Pizza Cat Max, and this new restaurant offers a retro vibe with bright colors, bold lights and 33 creative pizza options on its menus. It also offers plenty of options for customers to build their own pizza with a variety of toppings, including gluten-free, thin crust, hemp, and chicken-based keto.
Some of its specialty pizzas include the Modish Creative made with five different cheeses and the Rainbow Red made with red onion, green pepper, pineapple & roasted red pepper. The unique part of Pizza Cat is discovering something new every time.
Transforming the Ann Arbor Restaurant Space
The brand intends on differentiating itself by creating a place for everybody. Their motto is to “Keep pizza weird.” Jackson and his team mention the importance of people building their own experiences at Pizza Cat, from playing retro games with family, hanging out with friends in the downstairs lounge and ultimately building a pizza with any desired combination of toppings.
“Pizzerias are beloved here in the Ann Arbor area and we can’t wait to see how Pizza Cat will further enrich the fabric of our city,” said Katie Vohwinkle, Director of Multifamily Property Management at Oxford Companies. “This new pizzeria brings a playful atmosphere and bold flavor combinations, and its welcoming space brings people together, offering a fun and nostalgic experience that will leave a lasting impact.”
Pizza Cat Max is a full sit-down restaurant, complete with a bar, games and appetizers. Customers can order in the restaurant, place orders through the DoorDash app or website and walk inside for pickup. The central location is a huge draw in a walkable city like Ann Arbor.
With its late closing hours on weekends, Jackson is excited for Pizza Cat Max to be part of the University of Michigan student experience. Located adjacent to the Yost Ice Arena, Pizza Cat is now open during the hours of 10 a.m. to midnight, Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
The team has several promotions planned to kick off Pizza Cat’s residence on Packard Street, including special discounts for Michigan students. Stay up to date with all the new deals and follow Pizza Cat’s socials on Instagram and Facebook. Learn more online or by phone at 734-984-4204.
