Oxford was delighted to welcome two new food & beverage tenants to the iconic 777 Building in Ann Arbor’s Southside earlier this year. Our team of experts in Ann Arbor property management continue to improve our office buildings in many meaningful ways, providing value to tenants, employees, and owners.
One of the biggest trends we’ve seen in Ann Arbor property management is amenitization of office space. Folks who work full-time in offices, or who have hybrid office/home schedules, value conveniences and perks in their workspaces and buildings. Offerings like enhanced vending, dry cleaning, fitness facilities, and upscale food and beverage options all add value to the office experience. When Oxford began working on our vision for restaurants on the lobby level at 777, we had these trends in mind.
We were thrilled to find two locally-rooted, Ann Arbor-based businesses to partner with to bring this vision to life – The Thrivery and Kanbu Sushi. Both offering outstanding quality and convenience, these restaurants are the perfect fit for the 777 Building. When it comes to Ann Arbor property management, we truly believe that these restaurants provide exemplary value to the folks who work at 777, and to others who live and work in the area. We hope to welcome commuters, visitors, and neighborhood residents to the building as well!
