Rent can be paid at the office located at 210 S. Fifth Ave with check or money order. All you need to do is place it in the drop box located next to our front door. The person that is being added needs to fill out an application form which is available by clicking here, or you may pick one up at our office.
The cost to add someone to your lease is $225 per person ($125 application fee and $100 add/delete fee).
Once form has been submitted to our office and fees have been paid the application will be processed and if approved an Oxford leasing specialist will send out the necessary paperwork electronically for ALL leaseholders to sign.
