You can pay rent online through the Rent Cafe portal. We also have a drop box at 1001 E. University. All you need to do is place it in the drop box located next to the front door. If you would like to mail your check or money order, please mail it to our office, located at:

The person that is being added needs to fill out an application form which is available by clicking here, or you may pick one up at our office.
The cost to add someone to your lease is $400 per person.
Once form has been submitted to our office and fees have been paid the application will be processed and if approved an Oxford leasing specialist will send out the necessary paperwork electronically for ALL leaseholders to sign.

The City of Ann Arbor passed Ordinance No ORD-21-22 on August 15, 2021. This new ordinance allows the current tenants the right to renew until 150 days prior to their lease expiring. Landlords are not allowed to fully execute new leases or do physical tours until the 149th day prior to the current lease ending.
