• Visit our homepage, and click “Search Housing.”
• Search for the property you are interested in, and click “Apply Now.”
• Once you are on the property overview page, select the “Available Units” tab.
• Units listed as “Contact” have already been reserved or renewed.
• Units listed as “Availability 1” are available to be leased.

• Apply online and pay $50 per applicant.
• Once applications have been approved we will send you your lease to sign electronically.
• The lease must be signed within 3 days after being received.
• After the lease is signed in full, within 2 business days Oxford will countersign the lease agreement and you will receive a copy electronically.
• Once fully executed you will have 3 business days to pay your security deposit, which is equal to 1.5X the monthly rent.

Oxford has a very responsive maintenance team and a staff that really cares about their residents! You can place a maintenance request or pay your rent online at your convenience.

• The person that is being added needs to fill out an application form which is available by clicking here, or you may pick one up at our office.

• The person being added would be required to pay $50 application fee.

• There is a $500 Lease change fee due once the application has been approved.

• Once form has been submitted to our office and fees have been paid the application will be processed and if approved an Oxford leasing specialist will send out the necessary paperwork electronically for ALL leaseholders to sign.

The City of Ann Arbor Housing Code Chapter 105 allows current tenants the right to renew until 210 days into their current lease. Landlords are not allowed to fully execute new leases or conduct in person tours until current tenants leases have been in effect for 211 days.
