Rent & Payments
You can pay rent online through the Rent Cafe portal. We also have a drop box
at 1001 E. University. All you need to do is place it in the drop box located next to
the front door. If you would like to mail your check or money order, please mail it

Utility details are listed in your lease and in your move-in packet. If you’d like another copy, we’re happy to email it to you.
Lease & Accounts
If you wish to add someone to your lease contact us at leasing@oxfordcompanies.com to confirm the occupancy limits for your home to allow for an additional person.
Early termination is not available in your lease agreement. You do have the option to sublease and do a lease reassignment if you wish. Please contact us at leasing@oxfordcompanies.com and we’ll be happy to help guide you through the process.

Typically our leases are 12 months. In special circumstances (such as a planned property renovation), a shorter lease may be offered. However, as a general rule, our leases are 12 months.
You can update your contact information in your rentcafe account or you can also send us an email and we are happy to update it for you at leasing@oxfordcompanies.com
Security Deposit
Security deposit refunds are mailed or sent electronically within the 30 days of the date vacated. To receive it promptly, please be sure to provide a forwarding address when you move out.
Maintenance & Emergencies
After hours and on the weekends our maintenance team is available for emergency maintenance issues including lock outs. Please call 734-747-6000.
*You must agree to lock out fees prior to technician being dispatched
First, please unplug your modem for 30 seconds, then plug it back in to see if the issue is resolved. If the problem continues, please email us with your address and a brief description of the issue (such as password not working, able to connect but no internet, or no power to the modem, etc).
Parking
Policies & Issues
Some properties do allow pets. Please check with our office prior to purchasing or adopting a pet at leasing@oxfordcompanies.com. If you are informed that the building allows pets, you will need to pay a 1 time up front pet fee and monthly pet rent. Please contact the office before bringing any animal into the unit.
