Andy Andre Hired as VP of Real Estate Development

We’re delighted to share that Oxford Companies has hired Andy Andre to serve as Vice President of Real Estate Development.

Holding a degree in Applied Mathematics from Kentucky State University, and another in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University, Andre comes to Oxford with over 20 years of experience leading real estate development work. He previously served as Vice President of Wilcox Professional Services, LLC, President of Bud Design & Engineering Services, Inc, Senior Project Manager at Stellar Development, LLC, and Senior Development Manager at Avanti Development Group, LLC and MWHS Design.  Andre has extensive experience with the design, permitting and construction of commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.  He has been a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan since 2001.

Oxford Companies recently announced its first ground-up development at State & Eisenhower in the Southside neighborhood of Ann Arbor. The organization is looking toward a bright future of expanding product and serving offerings, while continuing to build on its core values, core competencies, and longstanding leadership team.
